Nicmar Youth Connection Enterprises® is a non-profit organization whose primary objective is to connect Eastern Shore youth to positive environments to help boost self-esteem, self-confidence as well as strengthen their desires in community involvement, academic growth, physical fitness, and youth empowerment opportunities. Our goal is to target youth across the Eastern Shore, from Smyrna, DE, out to the Stevensville, MD and south to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. Our starting point will be in the Worcester, Wicomico, Somerset counties of Maryland as well as Sussex County Delaware. NYCE (pronounced “nice), has been into existence since 2006. Our programs will consist of Youth Health & Fitness, Youth Sports, Performing Arts, Mentoring, Tutoring, educational, community involvement, and special events. NYCE will seek to team up with existing nonprofit organizations to not reinvent what has already been put in place but to add to or enhance the strategic planning of programs.
